What should I avoid before and after a facial?
To ensure your skin is properly prepared for your treatment, please discontinue at-home exfoliants and retinoids 5 days prior to facial.
Post-treatment care will be reviewed with you following your service and may vary depending on your skin and treatment performed. In general, I recommend avoiding at-home exfoliants and retinoids for 3–7 days following advanced exfoliation.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks between Botox or dermal filler injections and your facial appointment.
If you’re unsure whether a product, treatment, or recent procedure may affect your facial, please reach out prior to your appointment.
How do I sign up for Skin Rituals Club?
You may sign up over the phone by calling Hannah at 651-319-6708, in person, or by clicking on the "Sign Up Here" link on the Skin Rituals Club page on this website.
What if I am late, late cancel my appointment, or no show?
If client cancels within 24 hours of appointment time, or no shows, card will be charged 100% of services booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.
Can I return a retail product?
Unfortunately Skin Rituals by Hannah does not do product returns. If you would like to try a sample of the product, please reach out if there is one available! I assure you that the products are high customer satisfaction and quality!
